- Spray liberally onto your feet - particularly your heel, sole, the toes and around your nails
- Massage deeply.
- The best time to apply is when the feet are warm and moist after a soak, shower or bath.
- To deepen the effect try wrapping your feet in cling film then envelop in a warm towel to warm and retain heat.
- After 10-15 minutes remove towels and cling film and feel the difference.
